Livestock Production – Angus
As part of its sustainable production model, “Bistren” is dedicated to developing modern and environmentally responsible livestock farming, with a focus on raising Angus cattle – one of the highest-quality and most valued breeds in the world.
The company maintains a herd of approximately 80 Angus cattle, which reproduce naturally in a clean and ecological environment. The animals are raised on spacious pastures, with constant access to fresh spring water and natural feed. This approach ensures a high level of animal welfare, which is a key factor for both animal health and the quality of the final product.
The pastures are located in the areas surrounding the villages of Ljuboten, Chiflig, and Lipov Dol, on sunny grassy slopes rich in diverse vegetation, natural grass, and medicinal herbs. These natural conditions create an ideal environment for raising strong and healthy animals that are fed exclusively with natural, ecologically produced feed.

The Angus breed is renowned for its premium-quality meat, exceptional tenderness, juiciness, and marbling, making it one of the most sought-after on the global market.
